Refunds, returns, and exchange
In store, online pickups and local delivery:
We gladly accept refunds and exchanges within two weeks of purchase on unopened and resale-able goods. Please come in with your receipt or proof of purchase and we can sort it out!
There are NO refunds for online gift card orders.
Shipped orders:
We do not offer returns on shipped items, unless product is damaged or defective.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@oscarandlibbys.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
